- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and workflow optimization
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures
- Lead and develop retail staff through coaching, scheduling, and performance management
- Implement sales strategies to achieve/exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service through staff training and direct customer engagement
- Handle administrative tasks including reporting, payroll coordination, and compliance
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with team leadership background
- Strong inventory management and retail operations knowledge
- Excellent customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
