In this key leadership role, you will be the face of our brand, driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the high standards of the realme ecosystem.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall profitability and operational excellence of the store. We are looking for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is ready to contribute to the continued success of a leading global smartphone brand.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive store sales targets and exceed monthly revenue goals through effective leadership and strategic planning.
  • Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of sales associates to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store layout maximizes product visibility and appeal.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and manage stock replenishment efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and operational areas for improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail management, sales, or a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of consumer electronics or mobile technology is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) and own transportation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
