Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective store strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service and technical product guidance.
- Oversee daily floor operations, including store opening/closing procedures and cash management.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure optimal product display layouts.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishments, and conduct regular audits to minimize shrinkage.
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify growth opportunities and address operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role in a retail environment (tech/electronics retail experience is a major plus).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving performance.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
