- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Manage end-to-end store operations, including inventory control, supply replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Oversee daily cashiering, cash management, and financial reporting accuracy.
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appeal and product visibility.
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and retail safety protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, government regulations, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, specifically in appliances, electronics, or similar consumer goods.
- Proven track record in managing store operations, inventory cycles, and retail P&L.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.
