Tanggung Jawab
- Drive store performance to consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and operational compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including coordinating merchandise deliveries and minimizing shrinkage.
- Train, mentor, and supervise store personnel to ensure a motivated and efficient team.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to develop strategies for revenue growth.
- Prepare and submit accurate periodic reports to regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as required by the retail schedule.
