Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the store to ensure peak efficiency and productivity.
- Drive sales performance by implementing strategies to meet and surpass monthly and annual targets.
- Provide and model excellent customer service, ensuring all staff maintain professional standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including the supervision of merchandise deliveries and stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
- Ensure the store complies with visual merchandising standards and health and safety regulations.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to provide actionable insights to regional management.
- Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling, cash management, and loss prevention protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer relations and staff management.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and POS systems.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales KPIs consistently.
