Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all daily store operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.
- Drive sales performance by implementing effective retail strategies and monitoring key performance indicators.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards to reflect the Samsung brand image and attract customers.
- Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with the supply chain for timely replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Proficient in using POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Deep knowledge of consumer electronics and a strong interest in the Samsung brand.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
