Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of retail staff to achieve individual and store-wide sales goals.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory checks, and cash handling.
- Ensure the store environment meets Miniso’s visual merchandising standards to drive customer engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and boost sales performance during peak seasons.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage returns to minimize shrinkage.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, sales targets, and operational updates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail or beauty industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle products.
- Relevant retail management certification is a plus.
