As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our retail store, driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading a team of dedicated sales associates.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Manage all store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and visual merchandising
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor store performance metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal product availability
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and store performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
