Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability
- Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead, train, and motivate the retail team to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor store performance metrics and analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive store traffic and sales
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in technology or electronics retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to develop staff
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
