Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure proper stock management, and coordinate with suppliers
- Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, store layout, and cleanliness
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security protocols
- Prepare regular reports on store performance, sales, and inventory
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in computer systems or electronics
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Proficiency in retail management software and inventory systems
