Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales performance through staff training, customer engagement strategies, and promotional execution
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated customer issues
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Manage store resources including budget control, shrinkage prevention, and vendor relationships
- Train and develop store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Comply with all retail regulations and company operational standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle availability
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Prior experience in retail management or supervisory roles
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to relocate within Jakarta Raya as per business needs
