Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow aligned with company standards.
- Set and drive aggressive sales targets, monitoring KPIs to maximize store performance and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual goals.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure optimal product availability to prevent stockouts.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to effectively showcase Xiaomi's ecosystem of products and highlight new arrivals.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and effective resolution.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a reputable retail environment, preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing KPIs.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with a focus on team development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Deep passion for technology and strong familiarity with the Xiaomi brand and product ecosystem.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with retail management systems (POS).
- Willing to be based full-time and available for retail hours (including weekends and public holidays) in Medan, Sumatera Utara.
