Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales performance through team coaching, customer engagement strategies, and promotional execution
- Manage staff training, performance reviews, and development to maintain high service standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and retail best practices
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to optimize store profitability and customer retention
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive brand reputation
- Collaborate with marketing team on local campaigns and social media engagement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with preference in designer toys, fashion, or lifestyle retail
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team development and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual capabilities (Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia advantageous)
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management software
- Deep passion for pop culture, collectibles, or designer toy industry
- Degree in Business, Retail Management, or equivalent professional certification
