Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing retail teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee all store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention
- Analyze sales data and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalations effectively
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes
- Monitor store expenses and maintain operational efficiency within budget constraints
- Comply with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail management or supervisory roles
- Proven track record in team leadership and sales performance improvement
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and operational data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team engagement
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail best practices
