Tanggung Jawab
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflows and high standards of visual merchandising.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries efficiently and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and conduct regular stock checks to minimize shrinkage.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, implement strategies to boost revenue, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Brand Representation: Uphold the company’s brand image and values at all times during opening and closing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred; general retail experience is a plus.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks and inspire a diverse team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Skills: Basic understanding of sales targets, stock management, and POS systems.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Availability: Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
