In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a world-class shopping experience. You will work within a collaborative team to hit sales targets, manage inventory, and contribute to the vibrant culture of our Merdeka 118 flagship location.
Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize sales and brand loyalty.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Manage inventory levels, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using our POS systems.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Train and mentor junior staff to ensure team excellence (for Supervisor/Manager roles).
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is a major plus.
- Passionate about sports, health, and fashion industry trends.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay; ability to speak additional languages is an advantage.
- High energy, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Professional grooming and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
