Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure a smooth, efficient, and organized workflow.
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth through effective merchandising strategies and customer engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's identity and attract customers.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and minimize shrinkage.
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail fashion industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of retail math, inventory management, and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Passion for fashion and a customer-first mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus.
