Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all daily store operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and brand compliance.
- Achieve sales targets and operational KPIs through effective merchandising and customer engagement strategies.
- Manage store inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols.
- Supervise, train, and develop staff to ensure high-quality service standards are maintained consistently.
- Monitor store financial performance, including cash handling, budgeting, and expense management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across the facility.
- Coordinate with regional management to implement marketing campaigns and store promotions.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring positive resolutions and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supermarket or premium grocery setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on financial and operational data.
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining store aesthetics and operational standards.
