Tanggung Jawab
- Shadow senior management to learn end-to-end store operations and administrative workflows.
- Assist in the supervision of floor staff to ensure operational efficiency and standard compliance.
- Execute daily merchandising plans to ensure attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
- Support the team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to maintain high brand loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular reporting on store performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; retail experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Flexible and willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
