Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed monthly/quarterly targets while maintaining brand standards
- Lead, coach, and motivate retail teams through performance evaluations, training sessions, and constructive feedback
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements and service enhancements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, visual presentation guidelines, and loss prevention protocols
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions and seasonal campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience with luxury fashion brands preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop diverse teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric mindset
- Proficient in retail management systems (POS, inventory software) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing preferred
