Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate cash handling, and adherence to all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of financial consultants to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
- Sales & Business Development: Drive the branch's sales agenda by identifying cross-selling opportunities and promoting EastWest’s suite of products and services to meet aggressive revenue goals.
- Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complex queries and maintaining a welcoming and professional branch environment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with BSP regulations, internal audits, and security protocols to safeguard bank assets and customer information.
- Inventory & Security: Manage branch inventory, including ATM maintenance, cash requisitions, and supplies, while maintaining a secure environment for staff and customers.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to management regarding branch performance, market trends, and team productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or any related course.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading teams, managing performance, and driving sales results in a competitive environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele and senior management.
- Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of banking products, services, and financial regulations.
- Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in using core banking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Attributes: Results-oriented, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
