Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor store performance metrics and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to create an attractive shopping environment
- Manage inventory control, including stock receiving, replenishment, and loss prevention
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with regional management to implement company initiatives and maintain brand consistency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising principles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
