Tanggung Jawab
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and high efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the store team to meet sales targets and maintain high morale.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries, and handle complaints professionally.
- Sales Management: Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards to attract customers.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle reporting, scheduling, and other administrative duties as required.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader.
- Background: Strong experience in Sales and Customer Service.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
