Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant.
- Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail or hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Fluent in English (preferred) and local languages.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
