Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute visual merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility and brand aesthetics
- Plan and maintain store layouts, displays, and signage according to seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with buying team to optimize product placement and inventory management
- Monitor store performance metrics and provide recommendations for merchandising improvements
- Train store staff on visual standards and merchandising best practices
- Coordinate with marketing teams to integrate promotional materials into displays
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of visual merchandising or retail experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative display design and implementation
- Proficiency in merchandising software (e.g., VMInsite, Planogram)
- Excellent understanding of consumer behavior and retail trends
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail certification preferred
