Tanggung Jawab
- Execute product displays and merchandising plans according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent stockouts
- Planogram implementation and visual merchandising across store sections
- Collaborate with store teams to achieve sales targets through strategic product placement
- Conduct regular store walks to ensure brand consistency and cleanliness
- Analyze product performance data and provide merchandising recommendations
- Coordinate promotional activities and seasonal display updates
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of retail merchandising or store operations experience
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail best practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Basic computer literacy for inventory reporting systems
