Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and execution of store merchandising and product assortment strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory flow and prevent stockouts.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit visual standards, provide feedback, and recommend improvements to boost visual impact.
- Train and mentor store staff on merchandising techniques, visual display standards, and sales techniques.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust product placement and promotional displays effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align in-store campaigns with overall business goals and seasonal trends.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and visual identity across all stores.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in retail merchandising or visual display management.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail trends, and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
