- Develop and execute data-driven merchandising strategies to boost sales and product visibility
- Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to optimize product assortments
- Collaborate with store teams to implement visual merchandising standards and promotional displays
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment strategies to prevent stockouts
- Train retail staff on product knowledge and merchandising best practices
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials
- Evaluate competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail merchandising or visual display
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales data interpretation
- Expertise in inventory management and retail POS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or merchandising software
- Keen eye for detail and creative visual presentation skills
