Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily store cash collections, deposits, and reconciliation processes.
- Supervise cashiering staff to ensure adherence to company financial policies and excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Monitor and report on store losses, shrinkage, and inventory variances.
- Implement and maintain strict internal control procedures to safeguard store assets.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams regarding stock movements and replenishment.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly financial reports for store management.
- Train and mentor junior staff on point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or any related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail environment.
- Strong background in cash handling, bookkeeping, or front-end store operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management and control systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and POS terminal operations.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
