Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy and clinic to ensure smooth workflow.
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide necessary pharmaceutical advice to customers.
- Manage inventory, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and monitoring stock levels.
- Assist in clinical operations, such as patient consultations and basic health screenings.
- Ensure strict compliance with pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for staff and customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor expiration dates and ensure proper storage conditions for all products.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) in the Philippines.
- BS Pharmacy graduate with a valid license to practice.
- Previous experience in retail pharmacy or drugstore operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dosage forms, and drug interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and point-of-sale systems.
