Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Supervise and mentor store staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints effectively to maintain customer loyalty.
- Monitor store security to prevent shrinkage and maintain a safe shopping environment.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports and operational summaries.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new store associates.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail supervisory or operational roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
