Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling procedures
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets and KPIs
- Train and mentor retail associates on product knowledge, customer service, and operational protocols
- Monitor store performance metrics and report on sales trends, shrinkage, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and retail regulations
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of merchandise and promotional materials
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations to maintain high satisfaction levels
Kualifikasi
- College graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in retail management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Proficient in inventory management systems and POS technology
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and visual standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
