- Oversee all daily operations of the superstore, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Lead, manage, and develop a large team of retail associates, providing guidance and support
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, inventory management, and customer service excellence
- Implement company strategies and policies while adapting to local market needs
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance with all company standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Manage store budget, expenses, and resources effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising principles
