Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control and stock replenishment
- Ensure excellent customer service through prompt assistance and issue resolution
- Execute merchandising strategies and maintain store presentation standards
- Monitor sales performance and implement promotional activities
- Train and mentor new team members on operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies
- Process cash transactions and manage point-of-sale systems
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and operational goals
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or college student/graduate (any field)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capability
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Trustworthy and detail-oriented with high integrity
