Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including stocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, handling inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process customer transactions and payments.
- Perform regular stock counts and participate in inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure that all products are properly displayed, priced, and rotated according to company standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment in compliance with store safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the store leadership team to meet daily sales targets and operational KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least a High School Graduate or Senior High School graduate; college levels are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks such as lifting boxes and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory monitoring.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new store technologies and processes.
- Resides in or near Penaranda, Nueva Ecija.
