Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily back-of-house operations to ensure the boutique runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform accurate daily sales reconciliation and cash counting procedures in accordance with company protocols.
- Manage cashiering duties, ensuring all transactions are processed with the highest level of accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain impeccable inventory records and support stock replenishment processes.
- Assist the Boutique Manager in administrative tasks, reporting, and store maintenance coordination.
- Uphold Dior’s strict brand standards regarding store presentation and operational safety.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure client needs are met without delay.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the luxury or high-fashion sector.
- Strong proficiency in mathematical calculations and financial record-keeping.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential documentation.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software (POS systems).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
