  • Oversee daily back-of-house operations to ensure the boutique runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Manage cashiering duties, ensuring all transactions are processed with the highest level of accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain impeccable inventory records and support stock replenishment processes.
  • Assist the Boutique Manager in administrative tasks, reporting, and store maintenance coordination.
  • Uphold Dior’s strict brand standards regarding store presentation and operational safety.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure client needs are met without delay.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the luxury or high-fashion sector.
  • Strong proficiency in mathematical calculations and financial record-keeping.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential documentation.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software (POS systems).
