- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
- Accurately process sales transactions using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create a welcoming shopping environment.
- Receive, inspect, and shelf-stock incoming merchandise, ensuring proper rotation of products based on expiration dates.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock monitoring to minimize losses and ensure product availability.
- Follow store security and safety protocols to prevent shrinkage and maintain a safe workplace for staff and customers.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional displays and marketing campaigns within the store.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School Graduate (K-12) or equivalent; College degree is an advantage but not required.
- No prior work experience is required – fresh graduates and career shifters are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both in Filipino and English).
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking merchandise (up to 10-20 kgs).
- Possesses strong numerical skills and basic computer literacy.
- Must be a resident of Samal, Bataan or nearby areas.
