This is a pivotal role for a leader who excels in fast-paced environments, maintains high operational standards, and is committed to delivering a superior customer experience.

As the Store Operations Lead, you will be the heartbeat of our branch operations. You will oversee daily workflows, lead high-performing teams, and ensure that our brand’s reputation for quality and service remains unparalleled. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily end-to-end operations of the food service store to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage, train, and mentor staff to ensure high levels of service and food safety compliance.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize product wastage.
  • Maintain strict adherence to sanitation, food handling, and safety regulations (HACCP/San Miguel standards).
  • Analyze daily sales reports and operational KPIs to drive store performance and meet targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain a welcoming store environment.
  • Ensure that store equipment is well-maintained and coordinate technical repairs when necessary.
  • Coordinate with regional management to implement marketing campaigns and store promotions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service, fast-food, or retail environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene protocols, and inventory control systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
  • Resilient under pressure and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
