Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily end-to-end operations of the food service store to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Manage, train, and mentor staff to ensure high levels of service and food safety compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize product wastage.
- Maintain strict adherence to sanitation, food handling, and safety regulations (HACCP/San Miguel standards).
- Analyze daily sales reports and operational KPIs to drive store performance and meet targets.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain a welcoming store environment.
- Ensure that store equipment is well-maintained and coordinate technical repairs when necessary.
- Coordinate with regional management to implement marketing campaigns and store promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service, fast-food, or retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene protocols, and inventory control systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Resilient under pressure and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
