- Manage daily operations of TikTok Shop and Shopee stores to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data, trends, and metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and stock management
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance product visibility, conversion rates, and average order value
- Monitor platform algorithm changes and adjust operational tactics accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches
- Manage store performance dashboards and provide regular reports to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with TikTok Shop and Shopee
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and performance metrics
- Proven track record in optimizing online store operations and conversion rates
- Excellent understanding of Southeast Asian e-commerce landscape and consumer behavior
- Experience with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments
