- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Sell tech products by demonstrating features, answering queries, and guiding customers through the purchase decision.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and handle cash/electronic payments.
- Maintain and update product displays, signage, and store layout to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and report stock issues to the store manager.
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Provide post‑sale support, including basic troubleshooting, warranty information, and customer follow‑up.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe, adhering to health and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service training is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.
- Basic tech literacy and eagerness to learn about new gadgets and electronics.
