Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in finding products and provide information about merchandise
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process customer transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of merchandise
- Follow store policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage
- Sales-driven mindset with excellent customer service orientation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Flexible work schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
