Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring full compliance with local health regulations and safety standards.
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide professional, evidence-based advice to customers regarding health and wellness.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving stock, organizing shelves, and monitoring expiration dates.
- Mentor and lead a team of pharmacy assistants and sales associates, fostering a culture of service excellence.
- Drive sales performance by promoting products and up-selling to meet store targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store management team to implement operational improvements and promotional strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Pharmacist (Philippine Regulatory Board) with a valid PRC ID.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or community pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and general medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Proficient in using pharmacy management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- High attention to detail and adherence to ethical standards in handling sensitive patient information.
