Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Provide expert clinical advice and medication counseling to customers to ensure safe and effective treatment.
- Maintain strict compliance with all FDA regulations, pharmacy laws, and internal safety protocols.
- Drive store sales by promoting health and wellness programs and pharmacy services.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock expiry, and ensure accurate replenishment of pharmaceutical products.
- Lead, train, and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure high standards of customer service and operational productivity.
- Prepare accurate pharmacy reports and documentation required for administrative and regulatory audits.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines (PRC License holder).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous retail pharmacy experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Proven ability to lead a team and foster a collaborative working environment.
