In this role, you will be the face of our brand, operating within local retail environments to drive product awareness, enhance the customer shopping experience, and boost sales performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Represent Asticom professionally within designated retail outlets to promote brand visibility.
- Engage actively with store customers to explain product benefits and influence purchasing decisions.
- Maintain high standards of product display and ensure shelves are properly stocked and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store management for timely replenishment.
- Conduct product demonstrations or sampling activities to generate consumer interest.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the management team regarding market trends.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets set by the regional lead.
- Ensure compliance with all store policies, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate; any related college units are a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or brand promotion is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak fluently in English and local dialects (Cebuano/Tagalog).
- A proactive, energetic, and customer-centric personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and navigate a fast-paced retail floor.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail hours.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive customer relationships.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
