Prime@Technology Specialists, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and versatile Store Promoter (All-around) to join our growing retail team in San Isidro, Nueva Ecija. In this role, you will serve as the primary brand ambassador on the sales floor, actively engaging with customers, demonstrating product features, and driving retail sales.
As an "all-around" team member, your adaptability will be key. Beyond direct product promotion, you will assist with daily store operations, including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and general customer support. Tanggung Jawab
- Actively approach and engage store visitors to introduce and promote our range of products and services.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly store sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring shelves are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Perform versatile, all-around store tasks including inventory assistance, basic housekeeping, and retail display setup.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries and resolving product-related concerns politely.
- Collaborate with the store management team to coordinate promotional campaigns and product launches.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate, vocational course graduate, or equivalent; college undergraduates are highly welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in retail sales, product promotion, merchandising, or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Tagalog and basic English.
- Proactive, outgoing, energetic personality with a customer-centric attitude.
- Demonstrated adaptability to perform "all-around" duties on the sales floor.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods during store shifts.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
