In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers discover the vast range of products we offer while driving sales and maintaining an exceptional shopping experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and demonstrate MR. DIY product lines to store visitors.
- Engage potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked according to company planograms.
- Execute promotional campaigns and highlight special offers to drive sales targets.
- Provide accurate and helpful information regarding product usage, quality, and warranties.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store management team for replenishment.
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback on customer interest and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or holder of a vocational diploma/short course certificate.
- Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or brand promotion is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as per store operations.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive, professional, and energetic attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks related to display setup.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales KPIs.
