In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador for MR.DIY, one of the region's fastest-growing home improvement retailers.
As a Store Promoter, you will be the face of our products, engaging directly with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience. You will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, demonstrating product utility, and ensuring that our merchandise is presented to the highest standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers proactively to introduce and demonstrate various MR.DIY products.
- Maintain high standards of product display, ensuring shelves are organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries regarding usage and features.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store team for timely replenishment.
- Execute promotional activities and product launches effectively within the store environment.
- Collect customer feedback and report trends or issues to management to support sales growth.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude consistent with the brand image.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or college level; vocational diploma is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit to perform tasks such as standing for long periods and arranging merchandise.
- Ability to learn and memorize product specifications quickly.
