- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers and providing personalized product recommendations
- Clearly explain pricing, promotions, and product features to enhance customer understanding
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Maintain store appearance through organized merchandising and cleanliness standards
- Actively participate in stock replenishment and inventory management procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with a solution-oriented approach
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent with retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new merchandise quickly
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic mathematical calculations
- Friendly, approachable personality with a genuine passion for helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining store presentation standards
- Previous experience in Kuta tourism or hospitality sector is advantageous
