Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, establishing a positive first impression.
- Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and craftsmanship of jewelry and gold products to clients.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces that suit their style, budget, and occasions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including replenishing stock and arranging displays.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and meet sales goals.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma/S1 is a plus).
- Punctuality, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is an advantage.
